A production design must explain how it is changed, monitored and recovered. We explicitly consider failure modes, security boundaries, maintenance windows, escalation and evidence so the service remains supportable after the initial project.

A common failure mode in this area is building a powerful orchestration platform without a clear ownership and day-two operating model. Discovery therefore looks for undocumented dependencies, inherited exceptions and operational shortcuts before they become migration or outage surprises.
Hand over something maintainable
Delivery is completed with validation and usable operational documentation. Where AL Group continues to manage the environment, the same information feeds monitoring, service operations, lifecycle management and future change planning.
