Information may be submitted when you contact AL Group, request an assessment, subscribe to technology updates, or apply for a vacancy. Depending on the form, this can include your name, organisation, work email address, telephone number, enquiry details, newsletter preferences and recruitment information.
Contact and sales enquiries
Website enquiries are stored in AL Group's protected lead-management system so the team can respond, track the status of the enquiry and understand which website content generated legitimate business interest. The website can retain campaign parameters and the originating page for attribution. Raw client IP addresses are not stored in lead records by this application.
Optional analytics
Where you consent to analytics cookies, the website records first-party usage events and web-performance measurements. Analytics are intended to improve content, accessibility, search, performance and conversion journeys rather than build advertising profiles.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions use a double opt-in flow. Consent time, subscription state, selected topics and confirmation/unsubscribe token hashes can be retained in the database. You can unsubscribe using the unique link supplied with the subscription or by contacting AL Group.
Recruitment
Job applications can include contact details, a cover note and an optional CV. CV files are restricted to PDF, validated on the server and stored outside the public web root. Access is limited to authorised administrators.
Security and administration
Administrative authentication events, audit history and security state are retained to protect the website and provide accountability for content and configuration changes. Administrator credentials are stored as password hashes; configured integration secrets are encrypted before database storage.
